Sofia Capito

Sofia Capito joined LBST in 2021 as Managing Director, after already being part of the LBST team between 2011 and 2016 as Senior Project Manager.

In the meantime, Sofia was responsible for strategic future-related topics at Orphoz (a McKinsey Company), Messe München and Airport Munich. Focus of her work were customer-oriented business model development and lean management.

Sofia Capito studied physics at Heinrich-Heine University in Düsseldorf, University of Cape Town (South Africa) and Ludwig-Maximilans Unversity Munich. She also holds a MBA in General Management fromt the Collège des Ingénieurs. She is a certified project manager (PMP), Business Design Coach and Six Sigma Green Belt.
