Christopher Kutz

Christopher Kutz joined LBST in 2019 as a Project Manager and Consultant.

His tasks include technical and economic analyses of energy systems (with a focus on hydrogen), consulting projects in the energy policy environment (international and national) and project coordination for European funding projects. In addition, he provides technical expertise with regard to a possible hydrogen feed-in into the natural gas grid.

Christopher Kutz studied chemistry at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich with a focus on electrochemistry. In addition to a research internship at a fuel cell manufacturer, he developed nanocatalysts for electrolysers in his Master’s thesis. This background is complemented by a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on energy economics and policy at the Technical University of Munich as well as experience in the private sector.
