Patrick Schmidt

Patrick Schmidt, Senior Project Manager and Consultant, has been with LBST since 2000.

His activities include studies and analyses on various topics in the field of energy and sustainability, including the integration of renewable power generation into the energy system, energy storage, hydrogen and fuel cell applications. Furthermore, important areas of expertise are biomass and electricity-based fuels for their use in the transport sector and especially in the aviation sector.

Patrick Schmidt studied electrical engineering at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences.

He is author of several important international studies on the topics of renewable and electricity-based fuels and PtL technologies.
