Dr. Leo Diehl

Project Manager / Consultant

Dr. Leo Diehl joined the LBST team as a Project Manager and Consultant in 2021.

His tasks include international and national consulting projects for the techno-economic evaluation of various scenarios, as well as the technical analysis of material and catalyst-based technologies, such as electrolysis, gas cleaning, and recycling processes.

Leo Diehl studied inorganic and physical chemistry at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich. He worked on his master’s thesis in the field of CO2 hydrogenation at the University of Toronto and then obtained his doctorate at the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research and the LMU Munich in the field of new catalytic materials for (photo) electrochemical water splitting.
